As we are a small family business, we are unable to staff the phone. Depending on time of year, and time of day we are busy filling orders, doing office work, working the gardens and fields, cleaning and checking seed, etc. To be able to keep our product prices reasonable, we do all this work ourselves, keeping us from having to hire help.
