Summer Squash Recipes

Summer Squashes such as Zucchini, Yellow Crookneck, and Pattypan are just a few of the Summer Squash that Gardeners love. If you’ve never grown Summer Squash before, you don’t need to plant very much. These plant’s really produce! Pick them when there small, they taste better and there not as seedy. If you let them grow, they can get really big. Unfortunately they do not keep as long as winter squash, only about 3 or 4 days. For best storage, keep them in the refrigerator.
