Onion Recipes

Onions are available all year and they vary widely in there taste and strength. Common or yellow Onions are best suited for cooking and sweet Onions or red Onions are better for eating raw. Do not store Onions in the refrigerator but rather store them in a cool dark place in a well ventilated bag or basket. Most Onions will keep for 2 months or more; Sweet Onions should be used in 2 weeks.
