Purple Moss Verbena is a spreading, tender perennial with lovely, fern-like foliage and purple flowers. It is long-blooming and makes a great ground-cover. It can be used for permanent erosion control in areas where it is hardy. In colder climates, treat as an annual. Plants are drought tolerant. Likes full sun and soil on the dry side.

Planting Instructions for Moss Verbena Seeds

Start seeds indoors 6-12 weeks before transplanting outdoors. Cover seeds with no more than 1/8″ of soil. Germinate seeds at 70F in the dark. Do not over water and keep well ventilated.
