(Pisum sativum) 58-70 days. A winner of taste tests, the pods are distinctly sweeter, crisper and juicier than Sugar Snaps, with a full pea flavor. Excellent fresh or for canning and freezing. Can also be used like snow peas or left to mature for use as shell peas.
