Email is the primary form of communication for our business. If you have contacted us and have not received a reply within 24-48 hours(business days. We do not answer emails on Sundays, for the Lord’s Day and family time, and depending upon how busy things are often not on Saturdays), please check your spam folder. If you have placed an order and have not received an email receipt, check your spam folder, if receipt is not there, please email us, and we will reply ASAP.

Where is your phone number?
We are a small family business and run everything ourselves. It is just not possible for us to keep up on family life, homeschooling, and running St. Clare Heirloom Seeds (including order fulfillment, answering multitude of emails, maintaining inventory, gardens, website building and maintenance), and to be able to answer phone calls throughout the day….and squeeze in personal family time and down-time. We understand that this may be frustrating for some, and we sincerely apologize. We thank you for your understanding.
Do you have a catalog?

We do not offer a print catalog. Due to the high cost of printing, it is simply not cost effective for a small, family-run business. Just so you know, we do not accept mail orders any longer. The catalog is only for reference in hand while ordering online, and we are not currently able to update everything in the catalog year-to-year. Please Note: If you contact us via USPS at our P.O. Box, please be aware, we check our P.O. Box very infrequently. Not out of lack of care, just out of lack of ability to get to the post office during business hours (running business, caring for needs of large family, and caring for family with special needs/health issues). We, also, do not accept mail orders, as our family-run operation, in rural area without easily getting to P.O. Box to check it, is truly just unable to process mail orders in a timely manner.
