(a.k.a. Green Wave Long Standing, Yellow/Green Curly, Chinese Green Wave) (Brassica juncea) 45 days.       Green Wave Open Pollinated Mustard is the slowest to bolt of the green mustards. Green Wave has showy, frilled, bright green leaves that grow up to 12″ tall. Hot mustard taste when raw and mild when cooked.

Planting Instructions for Mustard

Sow Mustard seeds from early spring to late summer, 15 seeds per foot, 1/4” deep in a row spacing of 30” to 36” apart. Mustard can handle a light frost. Harvest leaves as needed.
